Workshop on Communication and Presentation Skills Empowers IT Students

On 24th March 2025, the Division of Information Technology at the Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa (ITUM) hosted a dynamic workshop focused on enhancing communication and presentation skills for students.

The session was led by two distinguished resource persons, Ms. Sadiyya Thasi, Attorney-at-Law, and Ms. Viduri Sulakkana, Attorney-at-Law. Their expertise and practical insights helped students develop essential skills to communicate clearly and confidently abilities that are vital in today’s fast-paced industry.

Through interactive activities and real-world examples, the workshop emphasized the importance of effective communication in both academic and professional settings. Students learned how to structure their presentations, engage audiences, and deliver messages with clarity and impact.
