All students during their first semester and second semester undergoes hands on experience at the Machine shop. Total of 32 center lathe machines, shaping machines, universal milling machine, radial milling machines and capstan lathe available at the machine shop. Well qualified and skilled machinists are working at the machine shop and provide their assistance for student practical. Other than to the practical, those facilities are given to carryout student project work too.
