Diploma Award Ceremony 2027 – Calling for Supplications

National Diploma in Technology
The Diploma Award Ceremony of the Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa, is tentatively scheduled to be held in January, 2027 for the conferment of the National Diploma in Technology to students of the 2021/2022 batch who have successfully completed the National Diploma in Technology Examinations and the Industrial Training conducted by the Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa.
Those eligible are kindly requested to supplicate for the conferment of the Diploma at this Award Ceremony on or before 23rd September 2026.
IMPORTANT
The students who fall into the following category may also supplicate.
1. Students of the previous batches who have completed their Diploma by the closing date of the supplication.
SUBMISSION OF THE SUPPLICATION FORMS
The duly completed application form and the payment slip should be forwarded under registered cover with the subject line as: “Supplication for the Diploma Award Ceremony – 2027” on the top left-hand corner of the envelope to reach the Assistant Registrar/ Examination, Institute of Technology, University of Moratuwa, Diyagama, Homagama on or before 23rd September 2026.
1. Duly filled and signed supplication form
2. Payment slip of the supplication fee
Incomplete and supplications containing incorrect/invalid information will not be accepted.
NOTICE REGARDING NAME CORRECTIONS (2021/2022 BATCH)
Names of the all students of the 2021/2022 intake (regardless of supplication eligibility) are indicated in the following link.
Accordingly, students are hereby informed to verify their names as entered in the uploaded list before the supplication.

Please be informed that your name will appear on the Grading List and the Diploma Certificate exactly as it is shown in the above list. Therefore, if there are any discrepancies or errors in your name, you are hereby instructed to fill out the Name Correction Form available at the link provided above and handover the completed form along with an Affidavit to the Academic and Student Affairs Division on or before the closing date of the supplication (23rd September 2026).
Important: Name corrections will not be accepted after the closing date at any circumstance
