Research Symposium – 2017

Fifth Annual Research Symposium of ITUM organized by the research committee on the theme ‘’Navigating the Nation’s Future Through research’’ on 8th  of September 2017 at the Staff Development Center (SDC) of the ITUM under the guidance of the Directress, Mrs. M M.P D Samarasekara.    
Prof. PSM Gunaratne, The Vice Chairman, University Grants Commisssion graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The keynote address was delivered by Dr.(Mrs). DGK Dissanayake, Senior Lecturer, Department of Textile and Clothing Technology,  University of  Moratuwa  on “Effective Abstract Writing”.  A Guest Lecture on “Reference Management Tools to Organize the Research” was delivered by Mr. JMP Gunasekera, Senior Lecturer, Division of Mechanical Engineering Technology,ITUM.  
Twelve Abstracts were presented at this symposium
